The aim of this study was to investigate the predictive ability of self-management in posttraumatic growth among a sample of syrian refugee students studying in Jordanian schools. To achieve the aim of the study, the researchers developed a self-management scale and used the posttraumatic growth scale developed by (Tedeschi & Calhoun), after verifying its validity and reliabity. The sample of the study consisted of (501) male and female Syrian refugee students studying in Jordanian schools, selected through the random clustering method. The results showed predictive ability for all the domains of the self-management scale at the level of posttraumatic growth, within a ratio of (52.3%), where self-motivation domain came first explaining (40.3%) of the variance, while emotion regulation domain came in the last rank, explaining (0.5%) of the variance
