The Degree of Applying Total Quality Management ‎‎(TQM) Standards Application in the Royal ‎Commission Schools in Jubail from the Teachers' ‎Perspective

الملخص

The study aimed to investigate the degree of Total Quality Management (TQM) standards application in the Royal Commission schools in Jubail related to: (leadership, strategy, human resources, partnerships and resources, and operations) from the teachers' perspective as well as to detect the presence of statistically significant differences  attributed to the variables of educational qualification, experience and educational stage. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive survey method was used and a questionnaire was composed and applied to a simple random sample included (323) teachers. The study found that the degree of Total Quality Management standards application came high  and the general arithmetical mean was (3.61). There were statistically significant differences attributed to the variables of educational qualification and experience while there were no statistically significant differences attributed to the variable of educational stage
