The purpose of this research is to investigate the effectiveness of flipped learning using (SNE) has on (MW) and (EI) skills among female eighth-grader students. In a quasi-experimental study, two groups of 71 girls from a public elementary school in Northern Gaza were formed. Each group completed a well-built pre- and post-test for their proficiency (MW) and (EI) skills. As a result of the study, it was found that the students in the experimental group had significantly more MW than the students in the control group.. A comparison of the pre-post scores for the (MW) and (EI) instruments showed a significant improvement of students’ performance. The post scores for the (MW) and (EI) instruments showed a significant difference between students in the control group and experimental group. It was concluded that integrating flipped learning with (SNE) improved students' (EI) capacity, and developed their of (MW) skills
