This study aims at revealing the degree of employing passionate leadership by Yarmouk University professors as perceived by graduate students. A descriptive survey method is used in which a questionnaire was randomly distributed to a sample of (355) graduate students. It is made of 43 statements distributed over 5 categories; spiritual energy, emotional intelligence, motivation, commitment to success and vision. The study revealed that the employment of passionate leadership by college professors came in a moderate degree, with an average of (3.18) and a standard deviation of (8.17). No statistical differences were found in the study attributed to gender or program of the study, but there were statistically significant differences found due to the type of college in favor of colleges of humanities. The researchers recommend that there should be training programs in passionate leadership offered by passionate leaders, as well as further research in various educational environments and using different research methodologies
