Evaluating a Practical Education Program for the Vocational Education Students at Al Shobak College University from the Trainees' Point of View

The study aimed to evaluate a practical education program for the vocational education students at Al-Shobak College University from the trainees' point of view and has sought to answer the following questions:
Question One: What is the students’ / Teachers’ point of view at Al-Shobak College Vocational Education major for each item included in the questionnaire of the general program for practical training?
Question Two: What is the students’ / Teachers’ point of view at Al-Shobak College Vocational education major regarding the extent of a implementing the practical education program for each of the four fields (Vocational Competence, the Academic supervisor, the cooperative school's administration, the cooperating male/female teacher)?
Question Three: Are there differences with statistical significance at significance level (a = 0.05) in the students / Teachers evaluation of the general level of the program for the practical training attribute to the factors level (diploma, Bachelor).
The study sample consisted of (58) male and female students, from the vocational education major at Al-Showbak Collage University.
The students were registered in the practical training program in the first and second term in the academic year 2010/2011. (30) bachelor, (28) diploma
To achieve the study's goals, the researcher prepared a questionnaire of (36) clauses distributed into four fields the result were:
- The practical education program has achieved the competences related to the general level of the practical training program at a high degree.
- The practical education program has achieved each field of the fourth fields at a high degree.
The presence of differences with statistical significance between the
learners opinions in their evaluating of the effectiveness of the
practical education program for all fields and in favor of the bachelor
students.
