This study aims at identifying the degree of applying digital-leadership standards among UNRWA school principals in Gaza governorates and ways of improvement, as well as at finding out whether there are statistically significant differences between the average responses of the study-sample members towards the principals’ application of digital leadership according to the variables of gender, educational qualification, number of years of service, specialization, educational stage of the school and the educational region. The study uses the descriptive approach. The study sample consisted of (522) male and female teachers representing 6% of the study population, who were invited to fill in a questionnaire. The study found that the degree of applying digital-leadership standards among school principals was "medium" with a mean of (3.20). There were statistically significant differences in the average estimations of the sample members from the north Gaza and the central education areas and others from Gaza, Khanyonis and Rafah areas in favor of the first group. But there were no differences according to other demographics (sex, school level, teacher years of service, qualification and specialization). The study recommended adopting the digital-leadership standards developed by the International Society for Technology in Education in preparing and selecting school principals
